LOLER Inspections & Load Test Certificates online

LOG-IN for CERTIFICATES
Total Crane Services provide comprehensive proof load testing services for the calibration of cranes, plant and lifting equipment to ensure the stated lifting capacity of your crane and lifting gear is accurate and fully certified to LOLER standards. ​

Testing facilities

  • 100t capacity (18mt), and 30t capacity (6mt), horizontal tensile testing machines
  • 250t capacity vertical jack test rig
  • 200t capacity vertical test tower with 15mt x 4mt wide
  • ISO ground jig frame
  • Hoist dead weight load test facilities
  • 400t of hand test weights and bulk test weights
  • Various load cells up 500t

Crane Maintenance Condition Reports online

LOG-in for REPORTS
Our inspections take place every 6 or 12 months and can be scheduled at a time to suit you. They ensure you get the full potential from your lifting equipment as well as meeting your legal obligations for the health and safety of your people.  

Our customers benefit from an online tool that allows them to view and manage their lifting equipment registers and test certificates. ​
